If you're not keen to knit this is The alternative! Quick and easy to learn, just start with some tutorial online and just follow your inspiration!

I have started with this video to make my first beanie. This is yolandasotolopez channel and I have to say she is a great teacher!

Just an advice, start with a simple and quick project ! Yes, it is also about motivation :) So take it easy... And step by step, learn basics as chain, double crochet, magic circle, ....

This is my last project : crochet basket

What you need :
crochet N°1, 100 m of cotton

> start with a magic circle,
> increase with 3 double crochets,
> create the shape using simple double crochet,
> end you basket with a locking chain

WORK IN PROGRESS

The French Institute in partenership with the Alliance française of Johannesburg present "La fête de la musique". This French event started in France in 1983 on the first day of summer and is now celebrated all over the world. I know it's not summer time but it is always time to party, isn't it? So,  let's go play music in the streets and enjoy public spaces. "La fête de la musique" will take place in Melville which will become a pedestrian area for the day!!

T-COLLIER / NEW COLOURS*

Available now! The new T-collier is getting Afro colours. If you want to discover them come and see me at the next Flea Market at the Alliance française of Johannesburg.

 

RESIN

Resin...This was just a test to make some pendants. Well I won't advise this technic because it takes 24hours to make it dry and even with some vernish on your artwork it get some stain on it. 

Nevertheless, the positive aspect is the transparent effect, it is great!! I guess with some more experience you can get very professional results.

NEW EARINGS

New season, new earings! I went to the unique China Mall in Roodepoort where you can get all the cheapest stuff to make jewels! I won't tell you which one, I let you find it... I know it's cruel there are hundred of China malls. But once you get there, you will discover that everybody purchase here! From Mr Price Home to the simple customer or all those people selling at the robot! 

Well everything is 3 times cheaper....it can be a good excuse to rush there and you can also buy this delicious jus with jelly in it :-)
