Chaque semaine on se retrouve à Rabat aux Oudayas à l'ArtLina. Ce collectif nous accueille chaleureusement dans leur maison traditionnelle marocaine pour un cours de Vinyasa Flow de 18h30 à 19h45.

Au programme un yoga dynamique inspiré de la philosophie indienne.  Une pratique qui synchronise Asanas (postures en Sanskrit) au rythme du souffle, le tout dans une ambiance méditative.

Un espace unique pour délivrer l’esprit et le corps du stress du quotidien et enfin vivre le moment présent.

Quelques bienfaits reconnus des Asanas :

• Détente physique et mental
• Gestion du stress
• Maintien et amélioration de la flexibilité
• Renforcement du système respiratoire et cardiovasculaire
• Amélioration de la capacité de concentration

I have started with this video to make my first beanie. This is yolandasotolopez channel and I have to say she is a great teacher!

Just an advice, start with a simple and quick project ! Yes, it is also about motivation :) So take it easy... And step by step, learn basics as chain, double crochet, magic circle, ....

This is my last project : crochet basket

What you need :
crochet N°1, 100 m of cotton

> start with a magic circle,
> increase with 3 double crochets,
> create the shape using simple double crochet,
> end you basket with a locking chain
